Abdulrahman Totonji is the Managing Partner at SHIFT, overseeing a diverse investment portfolio encompassing real estate, technologies, financial services, manufacturing and contracting.

The SHIFT Group has many operating partner companies, like Consulting Haus, which recently completed the largest M&A startup transaction in Qatar’s history. Art of Cardz, the largest TCG cards supplier in the region. Under the SHIFT portfolio, Abdulrahman also oversees the largest online media platform in Qatar, Qatar Living. He recently stepped down from his roles as Chairman of Starlink Qatar and the board of Ennismore, one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing lifestyle hospitality companies.

Previously, Abdulrahman held the esteemed position of CEO at LESHA Bank (Formerly QFB), the leading investment bank in Doha, Qatar. While CEO, he also served as in Advisor to the Chairman of LESHA Bank. He continues to serve as a Board Member at LESHA Bank representing SHIFT on the board.

Abdulrahman earned a master’s degree in real estate from Georgetown University (USA) and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from George Washington University (USA).
